Dress Code: No denim (shorts or slacks). Collared shirt and Bermuda length shorts required. Soft spikes are required.All participants are required to adhere to the rules of the club.

I agree to waive all claims and relieve Matiya World Inc., the Florida chapter and all the its Officers, Agents, Volunteers or Employees from any liability in connection with my participation in this Convention – whether it be from injury, accident, illness or death occurring during or by reason of my participating in this event. With this waiver, I also provide Matiya World Inc permission for the full use of any photographs or video during this Convention for the purpose of Marketing, Advertising or other Promotional purpose.
